Proverbs 6:16~19 2017-03-31 10:41:41

 

1. There are six things the LORD hates, seven that are detestable to him:
2. haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood,
3. a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil,
4. a false witness who pours out lies and a man who stirs up dissension among brothers.

 

하나님은 부릅뜬 거만한 눈을 미워하신다.

6가지의 하나님이 미워하시는 것 중 제일 앞에 이것이 나와 있다.

물론 거짓말하는 혀와 무죄한 피 흘리는 것, 악한 일을 계획하는 마음, 악을 행하는 데 빠른 발, 거짓 증언하는 것도 다 싫어하시지만 교만하게 부릅 뜬 눈을 싫어 하신다.

겸손하라는 말씀이지. 자신감과 교만함의 차이를 잘 깨달아 알아야 하고 자긍심과 자랑하는 것을 잘 구분할 줄 알아야 한다.
