Nehemiah 4장

 

14.

"Don't be afraid of them. Remember the Lord, who is great and awesome, and fight for your brothers,

your sons and your daughters, your wives and your homes."

15.When our enemies heard that we were aware of their plot and that God had frustrated it,

we all returned to the wall, each to his own work.  

16.From that day on, half of my men did the work, while the other half were equipped with spears, shields,

bows and armor.

주위 적들의 생명을 노리는 위협 속에서도 한 손에는 무기를 들고 한 손으로는 건축재료를 날랐다.(17절 Those who

carried materials did their work with one hand and held a weapon in the other.) 

예루살렘 성을 복원하는 일에 최선을 다하다.

아무리 어렵고 힘들어도 이걸 기억해야 한다.

"Remember the Lord, who is great and awesome."
